Support Form

You can send us a request via our support form. This will then be recorded and processed in our ticket system.

Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation that your request has been accepted. So you can be sure that we have received your request.

Support Chat

During our office hours, our support team is available to you directly via our Support chat. Here we can discuss minor issues.

If you would like to speak to our support, you can reach an employee during our opening hours (Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) on +49 381 666977-66.

You can also schedule a callback. Someone from the support team will call you on the phone number you provided.

Outside our opening hours, you can reach us on our 24/7 hotline number +49 1805 8799997*. Here you speak to a mailbox and we will get back to you.
